Nice little project, best of luck with it.

BTW you have your leads marked wrong, Number 1 cylinder is the one closest to the fan.

A fully carbon fiber Mini Marcos shell weighs just 7.25kg.

Thanks TMG, I felt like a right tit when on closer inspection I saw the leads were actually number stamped.... in the oppoisie order to what I had done, I just got carried away with my tippex pen!...

Some progress has been made since the photos, engine is now back in, sportspack arches are primed and ready for paint, hi-lo's fitted, play mini twin exit stainless exhaust in place and will be fully mounted on the weekend (bought from MGB on the forum, thanks) I have also replaced the front floor pans (will take some photos). I was given a set of 13 x 7 Superlites (big thanks Geariod) that had the chrome peeling badly so I had them blasted last week and are currently being powdercoated. I am hoping to get some mini time in this weekend, I will keep progress posted, all advise/opinions/observations welcome!

Btw, great site and full of helpfull characters!
