Billy I’ve been to the Schlumpf Collection well worth the visit but you'd want nearly a day to see it, it’s huge. Its Rosalie's home town so all going well that will be the way i'll be going, free accommodation

If it isn’t broke then it’s not a Mini

Looks like I am going.

Dunne Stores are doing a St.Patrick's day t-shirt, green with 'Who's your Paddy?' , it could be a good one to base the IMM t-shirt on €5 and just add some IMM2011 on the back.

Irish Ferries on Saturday June 4th has reached its allocation of trailers/caravans so can't bring the Rapido on that sailing. Have to consider adding a couple of days on to the end of the trip.

Booked Cherbourg-Rosslare with Irish Ferries returning on Wed June 15th.

Price alert for anyone still thinking of driving. Because we're sailing out over the June bank holiday, the price for our trip has gone from under €600 to €752 today!!!

I'll be going through the UK Rosslare-Pembroke and Dover-Calais on the way over. More driving and petrol but it allows us get out on June 4th.

Would ye fly or drive, Julie? If considering driving, keep an eye on the available berths on the ferries. They have sold out many of the cheaper options.

Tonight I have emailed out a booking form to all those who have signed up for this years IMM.

The cost of booking through and with the Club is €60 per adult, €30 for 6-16 year olds and under 6's are free.

Club booking deadline is the 25th March 2011, after that it will be up to each individual to make and arrange their own booking and incur any relevant booking/banking charges themselves.

The Club will be doing ONE booking only so if anyone else is interested in attending this year just drop me a PM and I'll email you out a booking form and some more details on the trip.

There's a program on the Travel Channel right now about the terrain along the Bernese Oberland region. It's going to be a slow drive pulling a caravan!
