Hey guys was up in maynooth 2day 2 look 4 a new home 4 college..
as i drove into the uni's car park in my mini lookin 4 a space, found 2 i thought but 2 my amazement there was a black mini clubman gt parked there!!!!
so 2 make it look nice and a rare sight i parked right beside it :D
anyway anyone kno if the owner is in nuim???

savage lookin beast of a car, nicely kept....

It wasn't me anyway, mine is in my garage needing a bit of work! You don't see many on the road these days, but at one time there was 6 or 8 GT's in the club

Hey, that was my mini. I saw yours when I came out to go home.
I'm a postgrad in the Chemistry department there.

My mini's not a original GT, its a 79 and i've put my irish plates on since friday. I brought it in from the UK a couple of weeks ago.

You mini was very nice man, loved the door cards matching the checkered roof 8)

Hope to see you around maynooth for the year so.

Loads more around Maynooth, look out for ZakGT and BlackSe7en as well as D seven.

Just curious, but what's the insurance like for a mini with a 1.6 vtec engine?

Spotted a black Mini (from ther back) in the Uni Carpark when exiting Aldi. Guess it was Backfire's. Looks good in the Photo's. Anyway maybe we should arrange a MIM (Minis in Maynooth) sometime. If we wait for FastIan to get his GT on the road, there could be a good turnout.

Yea class idea about the MIM (minis in maynooth)!!!!! but...theres always a but, im not a hundred percent sure whether to sell or keep the mini, theres signs of wear n tear appearing on usual mini spots n not sure can i afford to keep her goin............ :shock:
