has anybody undersealed their mini useing schutz thinking of doing it to my 83 and wanted to see wat people thought

yea i used about 5 litres of the stuff on my estate..
its good stuff imo , forms a rubbery layer which can withstand stones and stuff and has some some sort of waxoil/underseal mixed in it too..
make sure you use a compressor with the proper spray gun ;)

i used it under my green mini and its great, also used it inside my old starlet van. great stuff

I had my woody done when it was being resprayed including sills ,front and rear valance up to the seams then sprayed the same colour as the whole car. Inside floor can benifit aswell.

I use it on all my road minis (cars) great stuff IMO, infact just used a load of it on my bros mini when we gave her a full respray over the crimbo (infact I've to start a build thread on that one, she's a beaut :-) ) generally I just use it on the underneath of the car, I've seen some people go up few inches but I don't like the look!

thanks for the replys spent two days cleaning the underside of the mini and put on two cans of schutz on the car and it looked great but i missed a few spots so im goin to redo it with two more cans and put it on realy tick

More important than how thick it is ,is how well it adheries to the surface its applied to. very cold weather for spraying, use plenty of heat.
