So sorry to hear. I didnt know him, but based on what other posters have said, he appears to have been a very genuine and positive person, who always had time for the club. May he rest in peace.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Simon, Danielle and Richard on the loss of your dad and to Colin, Killian, Ronan, and Adrian on the loss of your brother. We were saddened to hear the news of Kieran's passing. He will be remembered with fond memories and a smile. He was a gentle giant and a true gentleman with a warm smile and a big heart. Sadly missed.

Only just heard the tragic news. Our thoughts and sympathies are with the O'Carroll family; our memories will always be of a kind, big hearted, generous and fun-loving man. We'll think of you every time we look at the model you gave us as newbie members in Scotland.

RIP Kieran

Hello all,

What a sad way to realise that it's been way too long since I've been over to see my great (and mad) friends in the Emerald Isle.

Kieran, you were a truly lovely bloke, who made me feel so welcome in the IMOC from our first meeting. God bless, and I hope you've already discovered God's Mini collection and are arranging a run up there!

My condolences to the O'Carroll family and all Kieran's friends.

Hope to see you all soon,

Marc

PS, Jocelyn, thanks for posting that picture of me and Kieran... I'm now in floods.

Sorry to hear sad news tonight, my memory of Kieran was him being very friendly and welcoming when ever I met him. He also had a way of arriving anywhere around the country at runs no matter how far to take photos. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to all his friends and family.

We've not been very active in recent years due to a young family, but K was always enthusiastic about our old car, even when she had holes and was grotty. His encouragement was always welcome.

Our sincere condolances to his family and friends
