This thread is born out of a discussion on the wanted section in which Ruari was looking for a Mini. After a suggestion by Gareth that the thread was being Hi-jacked   I have opened up this one and tidied up the original. 8)

only €350.

Wonder if it still has the original 10" Exaction wheels ?

Part of the original brochure, you could have it in any colour you wanted as long as it was primula yellow or cinnibar red. Along with the exaction alloy wheels.

Haven't a clue, that's in Germany, we were the only Irish Mini there that year. We started off with the Sprite and the Elf but the Elf didn't make it past Birmingham, so 4 of us went the rest of the way in the Sprite :)

That's Paul Kelly in the lovely jumper and Woody is in the passenger seat. Don't know where Black Se7en had got to.

Not mine, do you think I'd have a carpet like Kelly's jumper in my house

I think Karl charges about £60 a rim to convert the Exactions, but you need to do the paint work yourself before hand.

Please don't think I was being funny with anyone. But it was a funny thread. He posted wanting a mini for a grand or less with 1 litre engine and he was offered loads of cars that didn't fit the request. I was thinking of offering him a fiat punto I have. Might suit him.
