North East run Sunday 31st October.
The ER are holding a run on Sunday 31st of October which will be based in and around the North East. The start and meeting point will be the new M1 North bound service station at Balbriggan. This is the first new M1 service station motorists will meet after the M50 heading North. The aim is to meet up for 10.30 and to move off at 11.There are plenty of facilities here so come early for a coffee and a chat.Emails and texts will be sent to all ER members.Hope to have a good turnout for this as it has been a while since we had a road run in the ER.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Re: North East run Sunday 31st October.
as we all know this sundays run is on halloween and it would be great to see a bit of fun brought into the run so we are getting our costumes ready, so join us for a bit of madness and we will be finished the run before 3pm that will give everybody time to get home for trick or treating.
Flat out.... like a lizard drinking.

Don,t forget that the time changes today,"Spring forward and Fall back" so take that into account or you might have an hour wait before anyone shows.

Re: North East run Sunday 31st October.
Well done to everyone who turned up for what started as a rather damp day but brightened up the further North we went.As Woody said 20 cars on a wet day this time of the year was brilliant and we had cars from 75 to 04.Thanks to Martin for putting the run together and for getting in contact with the Lisdoo to reserve seating as it was packed.Fair play to those who got into the spirit of things and got dressed up from the Witches of Maynooth to Santa to swinging 60,s Marty to Jack Sparrow but to name a few.We decided to cut the run short as all the youngsters wanted to get home to fill the bags with sweets. The plan for next year is to have it a small bit earlier and make the NorthEast Halloween run an annual event. And great to see Stan O Toole out on a run.
Here is Stan with a few friends.
Latest in grille fashion.
All set to go at the Lusk service station.
Liam Cotter was going so slow he could not knock the cobwebs off the front of the Mini.
Clubman estates are the new 850,s.Here is Brian Kellys on Drogheda docks.
Funnily enough nobody rolled up the trousers for a paddle in Clogherhead.
Traffic in Dundalk can be crazy around 1.30 on a Sunday afternoon.
No time to stop now,the spuds are waiting.
Speaking of which.
Liam might not knock cobwebs of a Mini but watch him clear a plate of spuds.
