Fit to Kill.......

Post by Esther »

Was fit to kill kids from the front of the estate today. Caught 2 little brats sitting on top of Daisy!!!!!! When I went out the girl had the cheek to tell me they thought it was their house because they have a yellow mini outside there house too. I nearly decked her but I didnt. She nearly died when I told her which house she lived in. Called the Garda because they have dented and scratched the roof and they said that all they can do is talk to the parent because they are only kids but because it was parked in my drive they shouldnt have been there anyway. Like that is going to make a difference.

Thankfully Gareth wasnt here because when I told him he went mad - he would have done something if he had of been here.

Dont you just wish you could slap other people's kids!!!!

Oh God, there is a new story of vandalism! Is the damage bad? Someone sat on Studs roof and I couldn't get the dents out of him

Its pox but its one of these things that happen! Think of it this way, they clearly thought Daisy was worthy of a thrown! And that they prefered your Mini to Gareths many! Hope Daisy will be back to her beautiful shelf soon! Maybe you should put the roof box back on!

That happened me a few years ago.
A friend of mine had his Mini parked outside the house I lived in and arrived back one evening to find two young chaps sitting up on the roof.
When I asked them what they thought they were doing, they said " but our Dad lets us sit on his car"!!!

If the parents don't fork out to repair the damage, go play on their mini and even it out :)

The parents drive a hiace van. But there a chance if they come near my gaff again they'll have me pajero knocking at the door bull bar first. I'm just in the door from work and it hard to tell with darkness but don't look too bad. I'll take better look on way out the door to work at half 7 and see better.
And stan it the only mini in the drive. All the rest up at the workshop. All that in the drive was yellow mini, calibra, vectra and the scamp.

Sorry to hear of the damage. I would go talk to the parents anyway and tell them you will be giving them the repair bill. Their kids are their responsability.

totally agree with TMG here... no matter what else, and i feel your pain, keeping in with the neighbours is important. Its a small consolation i suppose that there appears to have been no malice in the kids actions.

I would never condone such actions but these are the thoughts that go through your head when your that p***** off. Here’s hoping that the parents are apologetic etc.

I know how you feel Esther.

Gareth said that the damage was not too bad - it is more the fact that it happened that got me. The parents havent apologised which doesnt surprise me at all!! I was glad no one came the other evening to be honest coz I was here by myself. Even if I had of gotten a picture of it guaranteed the parents would have denied it was their child.
