Mosney 2010

Post by kerryminigringo »

After the hugh turnout of Minis in Mosney last year the IMOC will be heading back again this year.
The show will be held on Sunday 13th of June and is a great show with a huge turnout of different cars from down through the years.
The reason we are putting this notice up early is to allow for anyone who is going to pre-book as it makes it much cheaper to gain entry.

If you do not pre-book then it costs €20 to gain entry.
However, if you pre-book entry is only €10 and this will guarantee your entrants prize.

Forms can be downloaded from this site. http://www.nevcc.net

Just bumping this up again as it is on Sunday 13th June and we hope to have as good an attendance this year as we had last year.
This is the biggest show in the country outside of Dublin and well worth a visit for all car enthusiasts.

Yes John, you can arrive on the day and enter but it will now cost €20 euro but this does get you tea and sambos and usually a nice useful entrants prize and entrance to one of the biggest cars shows outside of Dublin.

just received the text on this.
I assume you guys are talking about exhibiting your cars there with the other pre '80 cars.

Are there other people just "visiting" as we would do (being too late and post '80 anyway)?

I suppose it's worth it?

There will be quite a lot of post 1980 cars at this Mark as the NEVCC are welcoming to all Minis and later classics for that matter which makes this a great show.As per last year we will meet up at the City North Hotel just off the M1 at 11.30 and take the short trip to Mosney from there.

Brought my Mini up today (my folks live on the Mosney Road!!) as I'll also be bringing my Austin Princess up on Sunday.

Took our Austin Seven A30 out for a spin this afternoon so it'll be at Mosney too :)
Hopefully, the rain will keep away.

I echo the above post and hope that Rebecca gets well soon :)

There was a huge turn out of Minis today and brilliant to see most able to park in the same area which looked great.
Our club gazebo certainly stands out and was like a beacon to many who popped in and out to say hello, renew/join up or indeed just to stand in out of the rain which thankfully held off for most of the day.

Looking forward to seeing the photos in due course :)

Oh yeah... thanks Judith for the supply of muffins!!
