heelboard replacement

on a scale of 1 to 10 what is the difficulty in replacing a heelboard.It,s got rust holes on both sides so a complete panel loos like its needed

Never done one and don't want to, critical to do it acturitly or you'll trow off the line of the rear subframe. how big are the holes?

will know more tomorrow when i drop the subframe but maybe locaol repairs are the way to go cos if its not exact everything is fubared
