Re: Pre MTM RUN
Lovely route today, first time over the Sally Gap and a good turn out of Minis.Hope you got the exhaust sorted Steven and Dave Collins is some man to tackle those mountains in single leading shoe brakes but the Seven was going well and looking good for MTM.

Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Re: Pre MTM RUN
Just in the door myself. Great day, really enjoyed it even with my exhaust falling off in Rathnew on the way home
. Thanks to Sid, Aidan McGrath and to one other person sorry can't remember yor name for your help. We got the exhaust split threw it into the car and nursed it up to Bert's garage(cheers for the loan of your tools Bert
). So got it back on and cable tied the the back box to the rear subframe and took it vaery easy getting home.
All in all it was an eventfull day but it was a shake down for the MtM, afterall.
Cheers again to everyone involved and see you all again in a few weeks

Re: Pre MTM RUN
Another great run and nice display of cars, thanks to everybody who made it and to Brian for picking the route, and to the management at Lynhams hotel for the lunch, they made us very welcome and they are looking forward to having us back again. (and left a membership form there for a potential new member ).
Flat out.... like a lizard drinking.

Re: Pre MTM RUN
Thanks to all today, it was great craic meeting new people and enjoying the drive. I had almost a trouble free day as the speedo cable went as i passed Intel, a few minutes from home. This proves my theory that my average speed must have been 135m.p.h. and not 35m.p.h. its a rocket! to drive...ha! ha! Thanks Aidan for the Two Beep left turn. I hope not to need that code on the MTM.

Good to hear from you Mel, I thought you were gone a bit quiet. Hopefully you will be back behind a wheel of a Mini soon.
