BUTCHERS - Pig tied to roof of Mini

Post by jaydeluxe »

I've directed an online comedy series called BUTCHERS as part of the RTE Storyland project.

It's about two guys Gerry and Enda who lose their jobs and open up a Butchers shop. One scene features them trying to fit a dead pig into the boot of a Mini. It was my Mini and I was wincing as they nearly took the boot lid of it's hinges when the dropped the 15stone pig onto it!

Anyway although I haven't been on here much recently I'd love it if you'd watch the series and vote to keep it going. Episode one went up last week and epsiode 2 is up online tomorrow Fri 5th at 10am. The more votes we get the more Mini + meat action you'll get to see!

Cheers!
Oh and as you can see from the video, think I need new cones and dampers...

I enjoyed that, I hope you don't have the misfortune of having your mini inspected by forensics any time as it might not be the easiest thing to explain, or will that be a plot line?

I'll link it on a few other sites if thats alright by you, you have my vote anyway.

That reminds me the Mini is way overdue a wash and polish. Think there's still some pig ooze on the boot lid... And please do spread the word (if you think the show is funny!)

The second one is bril! I'm stuned they didn't put the pig through your window and/or take the boot of the hinges! I can't figure out how to vote. Care to explain Jay?

Go to this page http://www.rte.ie/storyland/ and on the right there's a radio button next to Butchers, check that and click Vote button.

Thanks!

Just spotted Jay being interviewed on Two TV, he even got to mention his Mini 8) and they showed a few photos and a short clip of the last episode.

Cheers! Glad you're liking the series. Thanks for your support.
We've just made it through to Episode 4. Might not be any Mini action in the next show but Episode 5 will see the return of the Cooper if he passes his NCT!
