Was your Mini parked at the Crescent shopping centre on Sautrday?
I passed in my Vectra and just caught a glimpse of a mini side walk in the car park.
I would have stopped but I was on a mission to get to my sisters.

Yep that was more then likely me......
And I said, Officer, I didn't want to be drunk in public...I wanna be drunk in the bar. Now last time I checked it was still legal to be drunk in the bar. They threw me into public...arrest them!
