It really is down to what time you want to travel at because there is not much difference between the two boats and the price is usually the same. However the price you see on the websites is not the price you end up paying. It is a slightly more expensive price they quote you but the vouchers more than make up for the difference. Also send slightly less than the total amount in vouchers and make up the rest by cheque as they do not give change from the vouchers.

Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

we would love to participate as well, but there is a small, black problem:

Anyone knows where the pic was taken?

I'd like your opinion/experience on taking dogs on the MTM.
Don't worry, she'll be properly secured and can handle traveling quite well, actually enjoys it :)

There is the question of accomodation as well, any ideas?

If you think your dog is up to 450 miles on back roads in one day in the back of a Mini, then go for it. The last time I brought a dog in my car, it peuked.

Excellent!
For that, you rightfully earned something - the horn that we took off the convertible, disassembled, cleaned, resprayed, reassembled and now not working anymore. It only makes funny rattling and squeaking noises! Collect at MTM.

just wondering where are the main groups starting from and at what times?

there will most likely be a convoy from most large urban areas? I'd hazard a guess and say the dublin convoy will meet someplace near M50/N7 jct. In fact its not a bad place for the entire NE coastal region to meet.
Or people coming in from UK Via Holyhead or Liverpool. I'll be happy to shepherd mini's from Dún Laoghaire ferry to M50 and beyond.

Ms. Google suggests this:http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source= ... .03125&z=8
*edited in view of Billy's kind offer...*
I can testify to the road from Mallow to Bantry (via Inchigeelagh) is a treasure, and a fine taster for the saturday.
