ringng noise help needed

Hey been away for a couple of weeks when i returned and started the car a irratating ringing noise is coming from the wiring under my dash.. messed around with the wires but still happening trying to sell the car so need it gone and idea what this could be and how to fix it its 96 jap import

Same happened mine (Stud is also Jap), on the Jap's they have a speaker on the right hand side of the clocks. It's held on simply by a screw. It just disconnects and that solves your problem!

And it's f**king deafning!!!
