Re: front suspension problem
That's chamber anything upto 2 degrees is ok that looks about that (best to get it measured)
If you lower the height it gives you more chamber . Funny steering could be down to torn tear drops on the front of the subframe

Re: front suspension problem
The last pic seems to show an awful lot of toe out and the camber looks a little excessive, the 13x7's will exaggerate things a tad.
A check of the tracking wouldn't be uncalled for .

Re: front suspension problem
As TMG says the big wheels will exaggerate even a tiny issue but before you bother doing that get it jacked up and check for any play. Only wasting your time checking tracking if you got wear in a ball joint or track rod end.... Anothe area to look is the inner top arm bushes. Had this on a mini that had set of 13X7's on it and the steering went real weird. The arm could move front to rear. Also check condition of your tie rod bushes.
Also like swalker said check the tear drops and while your at it cheak all the subby mounts.
Don't get freaked by it though cause nothing that i've mentioned here or that anyone else has is very expensive so not like it a mojor job or anything...

Re: front suspension problem
Where the front subframe meets the body there is a metal/rubber/metal mount, that's the teardrop.
Open the bonnet and get someone to turn the steering wheel as you observe the teardrop mounts, there should be no movement. While you are there, also check for movement in the tower bolts, big bolt under the wiper motor and its corresponding one on the opposite side, again there should be no movement visible here.
The 13x7's put an awful lot of extra force on all aspects of the suspension, they are particularly severe on wheel bearings and ball joints, so as Gareth said, check those.
