WING MIRRORS AND SEaT BELTS

HI JUST WONDERING IF ITS COMPULSTERY TO HAVE 2 WINGMIRRORS FOR THE NCT AND ALSO IF REAR SEATBELTS ARE NEEDED.?ITS AN 84 CITY.

if the car was never fitted with them should not be a problem as long as u got interior mirrow ok

Wing mirrors and rear seatbelts are an age related issue, ie .cars after a certain year must have them.I don't know what the years are but I think you need mirrors but not rear belts for 1984.

thanks for advice have nct on the 22nd so hopefully it passes.
