Was thinking about the tickets could someone not keep all the tickets until we arrive and give them out just before we get in the gate. I know that this would suit me best as post around here isn't the most reliable.

Because of the late arrival of the tickets they will not be posted out to as I could not run the risk of people not getting the tickets in time so Tony Cooney has offered to give out the tickets at the RDS on Thursday evening.I have rang every member on the list and given them all the relevant contact details.The TG live team would like the cars to be parked in chronological order from oldest to newest and each car will have a poster with a letter on it spelling "Happy 50 birthday Mini" so in case anyone gets confused here is the list of cars,owners and corresponding letter.

Hey guys, i got these done up today,Geoffrey mentioned them in earlier in this post. I got them the same as a number plate and sticks to the front number plate. ive 19 made and can give them out when i get up there thur eve with my car. I'll bring up a roll of double sided tape also for whoevers putting them on. See ye all there!!

Judging rush hour yesterday and this morning, I think I would be having an over heating problem with the car tomorrow morning, so I am planning to drop it over tonight.

The minis will be parked on the right hand side of the path inside the main gate, spelling out happy birthday, it should look good.

I'll be dropping my own Mini over this evening (Weds) around 7:30ish and will have the tickets with me for tomorrow so if anyone is there I can give you yours then.

Tomorrow I plan to be over at the RDS about 4:30pm with the tickets.

Just back from dropping the car over. There are three minis having a sleep over. There is plenty of room for the cars along the stretch from the main gate to the first display tent arena, so everyone going will see the cars.

I suggest we don't bunch them too close together and maybe throw club t-shirts over seat or teddy bears, etc, to increase the clubs brand.

Had a look around some of the other cars there, some very nice stuff.

I was supposed to be the Y in Happy but ended up as the Y in Birthday as Hugh and I didn't get there till 2.30pm. The automatic had a sticking throttle cable so progress was 40-45mph.
