Following a discussion with several members as John has indicated I removed the link to the Yahoo group this morning ,only to find it back this afternoon , I also share John's concern It would be too easy for anyone to use a database of old reg numbers to 'find' a reg number of a car that is not now in use / scrapped and use the info to get a duplicate ID . I understand the motives are genuine in setting up such a database BUT the possibility of fradulent use of info on this club site is of concern to us .

Hi all
I appreciate the concerns expressed regarding the possibility of someone aquiring a disused registration surreptitiously. I will modify the site to cater for current reg's only. Hope this has not caused too much angst.
