It's good to see a copy of the constitution on the web site. While it seems to be very detailed on the workings of the committee, voting and AGM, EGMs, etc., however it is quite light on the more general workings of the club, eg, what is require for a run to be covered by the club insurance ?
Maybe there is space for a more general document clarifying (if require) the more day to day aspects of the Club.
I won't want to replace the constitution, because I love the hour spent each AGM on its details, that have no impact on the club until the following AGM. :P

I agree to,
I remember discussing Club items at a past AGM for 2 hous where
there was confusion, and if it was not for the new constutition we would
be still at it .
Now it is clear cut and is in the interest of every one to read it and
understand it thus avoiding long AGM's
welll done Killian & co for compiling it .
P.S.
With regards to Club Insurance my understanding is that this
is not normally a constutiton matter and is controlled annually by the
National Committee .
Wendy.l happy 2006 to all
