Mini Scale Models

A colleague is trying to source a scale model classic mini as a gift for a Mini-mad friend. Wants to pay anything up to €100 for a suitable model. Can anyone direct me to where he might find one?

It depends on what scale you are looking for and which particular model of Mini, are you looking for a prefesionally built model or and off the shelf one ?

Contact Paul Kelly ( MiniFix - 087 2597085). His wife bought him a Custom-made model of his Mini Pickup (Based on a Tamyia Kit , so the scale is about 1/18 I think). It was made by a bloke called Declan . They might still have a contact number for him.

The Tamiya kits are 1/24 scale although they did do a version of the Rover Mini in 1/12 scale.
