i took the picture while i ws driving :? ages ago of a local car in carrick on shannon :D

i know a bloke with 1275 on his plate.... weird thing is that its on a mini... 1275cc at that. :lol:

the LM just kills its coolness...i mean it was registered in leitrim! nice, real nice :D

If it had LM and 500 or 600 then it would be a big marcos,no roundabout in Longford would be safe and that guy with 1275 on the plate of his mini is only an urban legend. :roll: .

Actually it's registered in France, the LM stands for Le Mans. :roll: :wink:

Hi Neil,

Havent seen the marcos in the metal yet but looks savage from the photo! Where did you get your number plates done? I was going to get a set soon,always prefered when the letters/numbers are bigger.

But you are right it is one savage car........ i even had the privilage of driving it around the IMM camp site and up on to the trailer.......

You might all hate me after this as i know BMW aren't recieved well by original Mini fans :):) but i got my M3 registered last year, had to pay an extra €315 to get it, but it reads '96-WX-3'

I see the price of putting by a number now has gone up to €1000 in the last budget! Crazy stuff!

I got the 08 MH 5 for my MX 5 last year. It meant moving Maynooth from Co.Kildare into Co.Meath.

MX 5's on Mini forums.... well I never...before you post that the thread said cool number plates, only joking.

My Mini Seven has a very cool reg 01 MN 1 - can't take any credit for it unfortunately as it was on the car when I got it. The fact that it has a single digit number gets a lot of attention and then as people study it the're rearranging the letters to make O m1n1.

One of the best I ever saw was on Dublins quays a while back. Just an ordinary passat, but the reg went 08-WD-40! 8)
