Re: Cool number plates
If it had LM and 500 or 600 then it would be a big marcos,no roundabout in Longford would be safe and that guy with 1275 on the plate of his mini is only an urban legend. .
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Actually it's registered in France, the LM stands for Le Mans.

Hi Neil,
Havent seen the marcos in the metal yet but looks savage from the photo! Where did you get your number plates done? I was going to get a set soon, always prefered when the letters/numbers are bigger.

Re: Cool number plates
You might all hate me after this as i know BMW aren't recieved well by original Mini fans :) but i got my M3 registered last year, had to pay an extra €315 to get it, but it reads '96-WX-3'
I see the price of putting by a number now has gone up to €1000 in the last budget! Crazy stuff!

Re: Cool number plates
MX 5's on Mini forums.... well I never...before you post that the thread said cool number plates, only joking.
My Mini Seven has a very cool reg 01 MN 1 - can't take any credit for it unfortunately as it was on the car when I got it. The fact that it has a single digit number gets a lot of attention and then as people study it the're rearranging the letters to make O m1n1.

One of the best I ever saw was on Dublins quays a while back. Just an ordinary passat, but the reg went 08-WD-40!
