OMG did you see the lenght of the tow bar ??? its tiny and i'm not too sure on the nose of the trailer either.

There are many designs of Mini trailer, some are made pointed at the front, some dead flat and others made from two rear ends.
The length of the tow bar only needs to be a little more than 50% of the width of the car I suppose.
A fully carbon fiber Mini Marcos shell weighs just 7.25kg.

was that the guy with the red mini and red trailer??
if so, i was talking to him for a bit, he had only finished his mini the day beforehand and took a good few years to rebuild...
anyway he also told me that he bought the trailer like that and that it was a complete fibreglass one...
im not sure if he's on the forum although i did mention to him to join

No its am mark 2 mini..tink they all came with the hole,one in the dash 2.was for factory purposes..

The travelling is going bril thanks for asking, at the moment we are in a camping ground in Budapest so im out in the car with air-con on full blast
using the wire-less internet on my psp! As for the Mini which didn't make passed Kerry on the MtM its in Shannon Co.Clare getting a gearbox replaced
