Well home safe and sound
Really enjoyed my first MTM and it wont be my last. Big thanks to all involved in organising the event, to all those who accomodated us along the way and an especially big thank you to Johnny Murphy (the epitome of the MTM spirit) who , helped my Mini make it down to Mizen Head, and helped re-motivate me to get to Malin head

And I said, Officer, I didn't want to be drunk in public...I wanna be drunk in the bar. Now last time I checked it was still legal to be drunk in the bar. They threw me into public...arrest them!

Re: sticky mini's on the move
Another big THANKS to everyone who helped make my first MTM experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
We covered 972 miles from Friday morning til getting home yesterday evening and my (clean!!!!!!!) Mini never skipped a beat, returning an overall average of 57.2mpg for the entire trip.
Well done to everyone and of course to our little pride and joys, the Minis.
Off out to work and reality now.

Our greatest achievement is not in never breaking down, but in fixing it every time we do.

Had a great weekend!
Fantastic!
As before, big thanks to the organisers and all involved for making it the experience that will be remembered.
My 1st MTM and would have done it again today!
Thoroughly enjoyed all of it!
900 miles covered. Mini behaved throughout (even with the exhaust taking a battering occasionally). Roll on 2010.
I've got only a few rainey pics as the camera battery died at lunch time
Recent mini owners,
Larry & Ash
Red 01' Mini ("dunno if it is a cooper")
