Another entry received from Northern Ireland. It's Ivan and Valerie McMurray from Co. Down who won the Spirit of the Event on MTM2008 in their red/white '97 Cooper.

Looks like I will be travelling down on my own in that case, I have just checked my ferry times and I dont dock until 13:50.
The later the better for me,
i'll meet up with you somewhere somehow and spin down with you,
ive got to come up to dublin from courtown, Wexford to collect my mini as i leave it in work these days,
will arrange where and when with you on here at a later stage if thats ok with you?
Macker
Yeah no problems with travelling down with me,like billy says its a five hour run to Mizen so I will be getting off the ferry and heading straight down.
So a meet somewhere heading out of the City would be best I think.
Where would you suggest?

if you come off the M50 onto the N7, i'll meet you in the first petrol station that you come to after Newlands cross,
sound ok to you?
BTW: This has inspired me to finally upload some pictures from last years run to my web site http://www.craigsminis.com. Not many pictures of the scenery, but loads of all the cars.
Julie sent me an updated membership list this morning and I have e-mailed/posted out entry details to 18 new members that I hadn't on any previous lists. 2009 is seeing a serious revival in the interest in Minis.
Yeehaw! We have now reached 40 Minis entered with the arrival of 3 entries from Donegal.
New club member Iarla Carty from Bundoran has entered his '99 BRG Cooper while regulars the McFeelys from Letterkenny have entered 2 all-girlie Minis this year. Any MTM veteran will know Goretti with her Mad Cow.
bit late doing this but expect a letter from me
was telling my mates how good a craic the run is that they want to switch insurance to my old flame red and bringing my racing green too
Greetings from sunny Inishkeen where myself and TMG are working our way towards Malin on a recce trip. We left Mizen yesterday morning and have found loads of new roads that haven't been used before on MTMs.
I called home yesterday and it seems 4 entries arrived in the post and hopefully more today.
Will be back online tonight or tomorrow as there isn't much broadband coverage in a lot of the areas we've been.
Just found out today that my exams are from the 18th May to the 29th May. On top of that i had a "ahem" significant birthday on the 24th May. Oh well, as Johnny Logan said... What's another year! I'm jealous of all yee buggers going already
