Hello all . Kevin is my name and i live in wicklow town. Ive just got my hands on a 1993 mini italian job. Its in pretty good nick, bought it off a mate in bristol his wife had it for about 18 months. Over the next few months ill be doing some work to it so im wondering is anybody around the wicklow town area that might be able to give me some advice on the car. wheels bumpers best place for spares etc. Ive done a bit of looking for info on the italian job so i think its a 1275 mini sprite with exxtra decals etc, could anybody confirm that for me. Looking forward to hearing from some of you over the next few months and getting on a run or two. Cheers Kev.

i think theres a good few lads in the area of wicklow, u'l probably hear from them later..
as for whether its a sprite or not someone here will answer that one correctly

Hi Kev and welcome to the forum.
The Mini Italian Job was released in October 1992 and only 1750 of them were made, 1000 for the UK market and 750 for the Italian market. They were based on the Mini Mayfair.
