Streete Vintage Rally - July 13th

Post by Billy »

This is one for Podge and the Shannonside crew after the great turnout of their Minis in Donegal yesterday.

Streete Vintage Rally is on July 13th in Streete in Co. Westmeath. Streete is a village on the border of Longford & Westmeath and in 2005 they held the Irish Vintage Society All-Ireland Vintage. There's a full line-up of activities for the day & they are looking to have other Vintage communities displaying in the field on the day. Sounds like the IMOC should have a stand there.

This show just gets better and better. A fine display of cars and stalls that cater for all comers, excellently organised and very well run. They decided to move the date this year to avoid a clash with the show in Trim and it certainly paid off, there were a huge turnout of both spectators and entrants. Definitely a date for next year.

Here are just a few pics of the many Minis present.
