Depending on brand of panels there can be a little or a lot of fettling . Personally I like to put the front subframe in and use the front mounts as a sufferance. looks like its gona be too cold to work outside this week .

That doesn't seem correct. If Minispares are charging exports net of VAT than you have to pay Irish VAT @21% on your purchase. What they have shown may only be the Duty on imports, minimum €14.50 or 2.5%. You add duty to the purchase price and than add 21% vat. I think.
