The people who aired greavences at the AGM where asked to submit these in writing to the new committee so they could be investigated through the correct channels as laid out in the constitution. As yet no formal complaints have been recieved by the committee.THIS IS OFFICAL. On a personal note while...

If they welded a new floor on top of the old they nodoubt used a wee bit of filler under the fresh paint job! To put the car right would involve undoing and then redoing all the work so you would be better off with a car needing restoration. Personaly I like basket cases as you you know what you got...

Members Gallery

Just been to the members gallery expecting to see the cars of the members whos names appeared on the list but instead found country roads ,MTM, SHEEP and other cars that don't belong to any members. Is this section not ment to be a showcase of the cars that belong to members of the IMOC and to encou...

Big problems if you mix up cyliners, there are about five different bore sizes for minis. The biggest problem is if you fit two different cylinders to the car you get uneven braking left to right, most noticable in diagonal split systems. In dual systems the master cylinder displaces different volum...

Annsley auto electrics fit Spin and Piranah alarms both of which I've used myself and find quiet good. The Spin is easier to use . All jap imports have their sterios changed when they get here, the radio frequency range and the incriments they scan in are different. Many places fitting sterios in Du...

When you say the car stops going i assumn you mean the engine is still running but there is no power in it. This sounds like a fuel problem alright and is proberbly at the carb.Fuel starvation can be caused by a dirty in line fuel filter if fitted (not standarded) or dirt in the float chamber on the...

Kits can be fitted with a rubber seal between kit and body, not as nice looking but easier to maintain in the long run especialy if you have a different paint job. Seals are available from minispares.

I had this problem before, turned out to be water pump. The car ran fine and didn't overheat but the impeller in the pump was so worn it couldn't produce enough pressure to supply the heater, like you said it just got warm until you put the fan on and it actually cooled the water. Disconnect the top...
