The tie bar is the one that goes from the bottom of the wheel hub up at an angle to the front of the subframe,it is a long round bar.It is bolted to the front of the subframe with rubber bushings and a large nut/washer at the front.

You have the rear ones but the front is the bottom arm.If you can get a jack in under the bottom flat section of the front subframe or as I said the tie bar connection at the front of the subframe.A trolley jacks cup with fit up around it perfectly.When jacking any flat section use a small piece of ...

I always just a trolley jack on the tie bar brackets of the front sub frame and the legs of the rear subframe just inboard of the rear trailing arms.I never jack the floor pans as it will push them up.
