Thanks JP, for a great run. I was the only Austin Seven in the tractor run to Ballyhale, after that it was clear to Kilcullen.

Sounds to me like the owner got stung with this car, but it is a pity he's trying to pass it on, as a 66".

Thanks to Frans Crash Repairs a great insight to spray painting, and tips on car care. Darran is a great organiser and gave a great route thanks a lot. Really enjoyed it.

Can you tell age of speedometer , any hidden date marks or indications. you can look for.

My co-driver has big feet so he could have dislodged the grommet!

Noticed passenger side of floor carpet soaking wet. On lifting carpet the grommet was half sticking up, possibly forced up by standing water, on MTM. might be worth checking your cars out.

I am heading from Maynooth at 9.30 (after the school drop) and will be taking the N7 down. As its a 850cc I'll only be 55/60mph so give me a beep when passing. Billy no need to put the kettle, I reckon I 'll have enough of brown boiling water by the time I get to Fermoy. I"ll be leaving around...
