would a price of 80euros sound to bad for a twin one with out manifold?

Is it possible to get twin HS4 SU carbs working properly on standard 1.3l engine or with some tune up? Im thinking of buying ones so advice is needed asap..

Im already going to Finland on end of June and will be back at 8th of July. Planning to tour around few known places on the way. I was just wondering how much are the ferry tickets for that time and what would be the cheapest option? I dont mind the driving bit..

I was supposed to come too, but my racer had a small maintenance job to be done on saturday and it turned out to be worse than we had anticipated. Also my Works mechanics insisted me not to go on and tempt luck by taking the car to Durrow..

So sadly I had to retire before the final stage..
