You could try AXA. When I changed to an older car recently (E30 BMW) as my main driver had to change company due to the cars age - which makes no sense as it has a current NCT. Anyways my broker came back with best quote from AXA

Hi All, Having trouble getting my mini to start. When i turn the key I just get the click sound at solenoid. This happens even with a jump. I have plus 12V at the battery, at battery side of Solenoid and at starter side of solenoid. Have also 12V at starter itself where solenoid cable connects. When...
