Hi If you were to fit HiLo,s, You may not need a tool to compress the cone. Simply put the HiLo at the lowest point and you should be able to re-install without a compressor. HiLo take up all the slack as the car goes down over the years as well Removal will be pretty easy as there is no spring left...
