Having some trouble getting my mini insured, this is the reply I got from companies I've tried
Campion - won't insure modified cars
Carolenash - only third party unless it's garaged

They are yeah, they rattle like mad with the opening mechanism, I'm pretty sure they let in water around the slider aswell, I need to double check that though

Welcome along Catherine, I was in the same boat as yourself this time last year The best advice I could give you is not to rush into anything, get a second opinion if you are unsure about anything! I bought what I thought to be a 99% rust free car and it needed loads of work, even had expanding foam...

Put the car up on axle stands, take the wheels off, undo the top shock mount, pull the cones out. That's it in theory anyway

Rough price for floor and sills
How much should I be expecting to pay two get two front floor pans, inner and outer sills done? I have the panels already from minispares.
