I did it last week for the mini I bought a couple of weeks ago. Just as well, because it'll make it harder to sell cars that have run out of tax, because back tax will be due I think.

There should be a black wire on the other side. Fog light only works when main lightswitch is on. The fog light is now working, but there is still just the one wire on the one side as seen in the photo. The problem was a bad connection in the boot. Never have I had so many electrical problems :cry:

Is it the same story with the indicators (as distinct from the Hazards).
