Re: Anyone recognise this man wearing a tie?
Great Dunboyne racing pics. Bet I am the only person on here who attended the races there and flag marshalled too. Single seater No 4 is a Lotus 24 with Chevrolet V8 engine, entrant owner was Chris Summers, a regular visitor from UK for Dunboyne and Phoenix Park the following weekend. Happy days. Mi...

Just spotted this on Ebay.co.uk.

Look at it another way. The car is at Morecambe in Lancs, which is by the sea and has no MOT, so you cant drive it home to Cork. Assuming the car is ok, the options are: 1) Fly to Blackpool from Dublin with Aer Arran, min £100, get to Morecambe and hopefully the seller will trailer you and the car t...

To answer the original question: Yes, the standard rocker covers will accommodate all the high lift rocker gears. The alloy aftermarket ones, including the MG Metro cover will almost all need to be relieved somewhere on the inside for full clearance. The one on your car is always the cheapest and yo...

No Flapping. They are a good fit, with a little slack - sufficient to allow some air to circulate. Also have 2 fixing straps which pass under the car to secure.

Re: Which Fuel Pump?
Personally I think the Silver top is more than you need, a new hiflow mechanical will do the job very well - I ran a 1380 road/ comp with 286 cam, HIF 44 for 3 years with one. The SU is a good one, fit it in the boot, close to the tank outlet or you could try the small Facet solid state. You will ne...
