welcome! 94 would be spi?? if so theres an electrical pump on the top of the tank, when u turn on the ignition so that the battery and oil light comes on u should be able to hear the pump priming, a bit of a buzzing noise? if u dont hear that then it could be the fuel cut off switch, its at the bac...
