I'd love to hold on to it but haven't the funds to keep her. This is the second Racing Green edition i've owned but the first Original Irish car, still has the original service books etc.

Thanks for all the input. Im still undecided, when the car is resprayed it'll only be used for good weather use and garaged the rest of the time. Has anyone fitted 13's on an older mini? Is there much to it?

Apart from the body work, how much of an original Mini is used? Could you not find an old rotten Irish Mini and transfer all the Midas parts on to it?

From members experience which would be the best alloy wheels to go for? I have 10inch at the moment and am pretty happy with them, but if I were to change what would be the pro's and con's of going for the likes of a 12inch or 13inch sportspack alloys? That is true, sorry Shay. By far the one of the nicest and cleanest mini's out there, and would have it in a heartbeat if the money was there.

There was another Green ERA that went for £7500 there very recently that was in very good condition. A few months back there was another that needed a lot of work that ended up going to holland and was purchased for £4000, couldn't get the funds in time or I would have had it :( the only other one t...
