Yeah i must source a copy of that, thanks! Also i know, Im going porting and polishing the head as well, 31mm inlet 29mm exhaust.. Maybe lcb and rc40 exhaust.. Was just trying to get my head around the block just to have a foundation to work off of!

Yes i understand! Thanks a million the lot of ye for some good advice! Minisport dont have any conrods in stock for another 2 weeks.... Minispares only sell racing ones which cost around 1k.. Somerford are sold out too... Any reconditioned conrods or new ones at a decent price around?..

So heres the story! Bought a 1275 which needs to be rebored. thats fine i think i will go 1293 because im after a reliable set up for road use. A while back i purchased a kent 266 cam.. The question i want to ask is this cam suitable for what im after which is just some good torque and nice to drive...

Yes you can buy 1293 pistons as a set . Mini spares part no P2151-20 or 2153-20 .

Well! So heres the story.. 1275cc engine.. sat outside a long while.. got it on the chaep.. head gasket gone.. full of water.. slight surface rust in the cylinders... Rebuild! Thanks Billy much appreciated! It was on hold for a while now but back in action now.. By any chance you know much about removing the flywheel on the engine.. Im using the puller tool and everything but she wont budge.. Would applying a small bit f heat to the shaft be a bad thing to do..?
