Re: 1430 Cooper

Wow nearly a year since a post on the thread! I had kinda been getting a bit annoyed with the mini lately, driving it every day in and out to the airport and had started using the girlfriends car instead! It had been sitting outside the house for a good while with a few issues that i had to get sort...

Re: Mini stolen

Thanks guys, it was found this evening still in Bray.
Haven't seen it yet but apparently both doors are all bent and
locks are busted, and electrics jammed! Clutch/gearbox was acting up
before hand so think they must of just dumped it cos they couldn't
get any gears :) just a bit annoyed!

Re: Economy Run with a bit of Poker Fun.

Hey,
Many heading along to this? Have my mini back on the road after my new engine build,
and wouldn't mind a run. Certainly not a contender for economy but just want
to get out for a spin! Might head along anyway!

Hey Macker, the coil is aldons flame thrower 3.0ohm road going coil,
their 1.5ohm coil is their race/rally only coil!

Re: GTM Coupe Rebuild

Also meant to say what a great thread, had never looked into it before,
excellent build, the GTM's not really my cup of tea but yours is looking really well,
similar engine spec to my own. Looking forward to seeing it out and about!!

The engine had already been run in as such, it was an ex rally engine.
Short block was left intact for the build!
