recently i have been having issues when i come to slow down at the lights etc my car sometimes not all the time cuts outs and after a few times a nightmare getting it going again..just there i just turn on the engine didnt apply pressure and the hand of the dial seems to be hopping about till i reve...

Hey been away for a couple of weeks when i returned and started the car a irratating ringing noise is coming from the wiring under my dash.. messed around with the wires but still happening trying to sell the car so need it gone and idea what this could be and how to fix it its 96 jap import
