ye took the hazzard plug out and cleaned the relay points.still nothing

spent an hour cleaning fuses and connections and checking everything over.would the indicaters stay on or would there be no light at all if the relay was faulty?

the cars a 84 city. replaced all fuses.im getting no reaction from the stalk at all no flicks or anything.was working perfectly untill yesterday.

was driving earlier and when i went to indicate i got nothing.no.click,light or any sighn of it trying.any1 know wat it could be? my nct got reshceduelled to tonite so need to get this sorted asap.

the first day the vent for the heater fell off.and today had a few wires burn on me!i was convinced someone doesnt want me driving it... :lol:

thanks a mill for the reply.i think im after feckin the whole thing up as the nipple keeps turning like the threads are gone?will this need replacing now.thanks for the help.was lovely being able to drive it till this happened. :oops: :oops:

ye just were the clutch engages you can see fluid bubble.is this a big job to fix??

got my dad to pump the pedal while i looked for leaks.i can see a rubbery washer that fluid seems to be leaking from.its were the clutch slave cylinder is???sorry not to good with mechanics

problem

hi
well,finally got my first insurance today and am well chuffed.decided to go out with my dad to take it for a spin,was out 15 mins and i could feel the clutch getting softer,has come to the point were it wont go into gear at all.does this mean new clutch or has anyone had a similar problem?

cd player question

hi,
i have an 84 city and im just looking for advice on how to go about getting a cd player/speakers installed.is there much extra wireing involved?.really just looking for something cheap and chearfull as im a student!
any help would be greatfully apprieciated.

have just turned 17 and got insured with axa for 1800 fully comp on a 1 litre 84 city.quinn quoted me 3200,so make sure to shop around.

was out with her today and after spending 100 euro getting electrical work done,i now have no ignition,hazzards,wipers and a few other small things.
first car so not sure were to even start!

hi, nearly finished restoring my 84 mini city,had to get some eletrical work done as the indicators or lights didnt work.the problem is that the indicators stay on instead of flashing.was told ill need a indicator stalk.is there anything else it could be?? ps.the hazzards flash fine.any help would b...

problem!

was out in the garage last night cleaning my classics engine with a bit of degreaser and water,i was carefull of the electrics.but when i went to start it up it started to splutter and will not idle :( .im quite new to minis so would apprieciate any help whatsoever.
