well, I was looking at the job I did on the grill, and it was a bit rough, and the petrol cap was dire, so took them back into my workshop today and got them looking allot better. I also gave my wipers a fresh coat of paint, as it seems the original black paint on them didn't even cover them fully. ...

hmmm, what are they like? I'd love to take the bonnet, or worry aerial, off completly

can you replace the wing-mounted manual aerial with an Auto one the pops up when you turn the radio on? if so how hard would it be to wire it up?

well got Elmo back today, his new brakes, Wheels and dampers are all set up and he's also got a new ball joint. well the foundations were laid there saturday, and Elmo should be back from getting his brakes fitted tomorrow!

spotted black 90's mini D reg with a white v.stripe, heading to Dublin on M8. Overtook my wife's car that was doing 120, and then almost got rear ended by a silver golf as you overtook the truck. Wife was giving out about that silver VW! I've noticed a bias towards mini's in her views!

@ the tester not knowing the lights....well that said I cant turn the hot air blowing in on my feet!

I had a tester who blew one of the parking bulbs bumping the car off the ramp, said it was his fault, then I failed on the retest cos I forgot to change it.

well at long last I get my hands on the final box, after it was sent to Kilkenny, then dropped into Tipp G.station (thank you Blue Network) and my wife playing courior,

all the parts getting fitted now

well almost christmas today, 3 of 4 boxes showed up. sigh!

still new wheels! yeay!

I have to hound them, to get a reciept after dropping a load on parts, I have to hound them for tracking numbers of packages, and still no info. all I want to to know so I can leave the ruddy house!
