Irish Mini Owners Club

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know who i could get to rebuild my 998 spec engine, spray, interior etc, reason for this being i do not have access to a garage,
due for nct tomorrow and i know in my heart and soul its going to fail. my da wants me to sell it but i dont want to part with it.
